What we collect
The details you enter in the form (name, email, phone, city, message) and the documents you attach. We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Why we use it
Only to prepare your quote and to carry out the service you order.
How long we keep it
The form does not store anything on the server — it is sent straight to our mailbox. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months at the latest; documents linked to an order are kept for as long as legal obligations require.
Who we share it with
Only the translators, notaries and institutions needed for your order. Email is processed through Google Workspace.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data under North Macedonia's Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR. Write to info@abc-office.eu.
